Questions, answered
Everything people usually ask us about the New Hampshire Non-Resident CCW permit and how our help works.
Which permit do you help with?
Just one: the New Hampshire Non-Resident CCW permit. New Hampshire issues it to people who live in other states, and we help you put together a complete, tidy application for it.
Do you issue the permit yourselves?
No. We prepare your paperwork; we don't issue permits. We are an independent company and are not affiliated with the State of New Hampshire or the New Hampshire State Police. Only the issuing authority can approve an application, so approval is never guaranteed.
Who can apply?
You need to be at least 21 years old and able to meet New Hampshire’s eligibility rules. If you are unsure whether something affects you, call us before you order and we will talk it through.
How quickly will my application be ready?
Most Concierge orders are reviewed and ready within 1 to 2 business days of you finishing the online questions.
Will I need fingerprints?
No. The New Hampshire non-resident application does not ask for fingerprints. We explain exactly what goes in the envelope when your packet is ready.
Does anything need to be notarized?
No. There is no notary step. You sign the application yourself and send it off.
How do I get my permit?
Once you mail your finished packet, New Hampshire reviews it and, if approved, mails the permit straight to you. It does not come from us.
Can I carry everywhere once I have it?
Not necessarily. Each state decides whether it honors a New Hampshire permit, and those rules change. Always check reciprocity for any state before you carry there. Our which-states page is a good place to start.
What happens if I am turned down?
Our job is to help you send in an accurate, complete application. The decision itself is made by the New Hampshire licensing authority, and we cannot influence it.
